• Abstracts submission deadline: December 31 2024
• Notification of paper acceptance: February 15 2025 (Participants will be notified by email)
• Early bird registration: February 16 – April 20, 2025
• Regular registration: April 21 – May 30, 2025 (Participants cannot pay onsite)

*Please note that each accepted paper must have at least one registered author. Accepted papers without a registered author by April 26, 2025, will be removed from the program.

Registration Fee & Refund Policy

• Early bird registration: 1000 RMB
• Regular registration: 1200 RMB
• Student registration: 600 RMB

* Payment can only be made via WeChat. If you do not have access to WeChat Pay, please contact the organizing committee matinaljj@sjtu.edu.cn for assistance. Upon successful payment, the conference invoice will be sent to attendees via email about a week after the conference ends.
