• Abstracts submission deadline: December 31 2024
• Notification of paper acceptance: February 15 2025 (Participants will be notified by email)
• Early bird registration: February 16 – April 20, 2025
• Regular registration: April 21 – May 30, 2025 (Participants cannot pay onsite)

*Please note that each accepted paper must have at least one registered author. Accepted papers without a registered author by May 1, 2025, will be removed from both the program and the proceedings.

• Early bird registration: 1000 RMB
• Regular registration: 1200 RMB
• Student registration: 600 RMB

* Please note that after completing the registration, the committee will send an email to inform registered delegates about the specific venue and transportation details.

• All refund requests must be made before May 1, 2025

*Please note that all refund requests must be submitted to matinaljj@sjtu.edu.cn before the specified dates, and the refund approval process will be conducted after the conference concludes.
