• Abstracts submission deadline: December 31 2024
• Notification of paper acceptance: February 15 2025 (Participants will be notified by email)
• Early bird registration: February 16 – April 20, 2025
• Regular registration: April 21 – May 30, 2025 (Participants cannot pay onsite)

*Please note that each accepted paper must have at least one registered author. Accepted papers without a registered author by April 26, 2025, will be removed from the program.

Registration Fee & Refund Policy

• Early bird registration: 1000 RMB
• Regular registration: 1200 RMB
• Student registration: 600 RMB

1.  You can choose either payment method (i.e., WeChat Pay or Bank card payment)

• Early bird registration (QR Code expires after April 20 2025)

2.  Complete the invoice title questionnaire

* Online payment can only be made via WeChat or bank card payment. If you have access to WeChat Pay and bank card payment, please complete your registration by following the steps above. Upon successful payment, the conference invoice will be sent to attendees via email about a week after the conference ends.

* This following information is ONLY for overseas participants who do not have access to WeChat Pay or bank card payment.

We understand that some overseas participants are facing difficulties in paying the registration fee via WeChat Pay or bank card. To solve this problem, we have decided to accept cash payments onsite from overseas participants, provided they send a confirmation email to our conference email (matinaljj@sjtu.edu.cn) by April 26th. A place in the program will be reserved for them as long as they confirm by 26th April their commitment to attending the conference.

• All refund requests must be made before May 1, 2025

*Please note that all refund requests must be submitted to matinaljj@sjtu.edu.cn before the specified dates, and the refund approval process will be conducted after the conference concludes.
