Title: Research about the Past, the Present, and the Future of China Forensic Linguistics

Abstract: In the past 30 years' China's forensic linguistics experienced a process of development combined with linguistic approach and legal approach. After its emergence period of the Chinese-mode and the theories start-up period, the English research mode adds into the linguistic research approach which expands the scope and the research. In the new 21st century, the jurisprudence begins to contribute more to the study of forensic linguistics. However, in the future linguistics still needs to increase the integration of law and language. The study of the forensic linguistics in the judicial practice field will become a focus.
