题目：人际语义与法律语篇中的社会过程的实现

摘要: 本文从系统功能语言学的角度出发，将法律语篇视为社会语境下实现社会过程的语言类型。在附生性观点的指导下，通过语法层的语气系统（MOOD）、语篇层的评价系统（APPRAISAL）、协商系统（NEGOTIATION）三个维度，分析作为社会过程的法律语篇如何呈现其人际语义。

Abstract: Based on the theories of systemic functional grammar, legal discourses are taken as a staged, goal-oriented, social process in the social context. Under the guidance of supervenience and from the perspectives of MOOD, APPRAISAL, and NEGOTIATION systems, this paper is to analyze and discuss the realization of interpersonal semantic systems in the social processes---competition, conflict, adaptation, selection, cooperation, and assimilation.
