论文简介：This study will explore that what are the genera features of IGM embodied in Urdu popular magazines. It is hoped that identifying and comparing IGM in Urdu popular science magazines raise researchers' awareness regarding the function and role of grammatical metaphor in written text and help them to know different ways of expressing the same meaning and convey their meanings in a more intriguing, persuasive, bright and vivid way.

论文题目：“Translation of Travel Writing: Peter Hessler’s ‘China Trilogy’ and its Chinese Translations”（旅行写作的翻译：彼得·海斯勒的“中国三部曲”及其中文翻译）

论文简介：本研究以“文化翻译”的概念工具，从旅行者对他异文化的重写（rewriting）与旅行者自身的易位（transposition）两个层面深入分析彼得·海斯勒关于中国的三部旅行写作文本内部错综复杂的“翻译性”；其后以翻译的社会文化视角，从文本、副文本、社会语境三个层面探究这一“翻译性”在其作品译入旅行地语言中文时发生的变化及产生的影响。该研究不仅展现出西方旅行者眼中的当代中国，同时也是对本土社会的自省式回望。
